Home Skin Experience Center

Located in the heart of New Cairo, this project transforms a 6,000 m² commercial building into a 12,400 m² multi-level home skin showroom and commercial destination. Inspired by the fluid movement of water, the architecture is defined by sculpted façades and layered spatial sequences that capture the interplay of light, shadow, and material. The dynamic façade ribbons evoke the motion of flowing water, creating a distinctive landmark where materials, architecture, and retail merge into an immersive spatial experience.
